Yes, they work in the pressure cooker!! No more tipping over in the water!

You will need Egglettes

Ingredients:

  • 6 Large Eggs - 1 egg for each egglette

  • 2 cups Water

  • You can add cheese or whatever else you like in a mini omelette or scrambled egg, recipes come in the package.

Steps:

  1. Spray the Egglettes lightly with non stick spray or cooking oil inside, to help release when done.

  2. You can scramble the eggs & add cheese or whatever you would like in the mini omelettes

  3. You can also crack the shell & empty the egg into the Egglettes for hard boiled eggs

  4. Pour the water in the inner pot

  5. Close all of the egglettes after filling them

  6. Place on a trivet or steamer

  7. Close the lid & turn knob to seal

  8. Set the timer for High pressure/ manual for 12-15 minutes, *if you add other ingredients and scramble the eggs you may want to cook for 15 minutes

  9. Let natural release for 5 minutes

  10. Turn the knob & release any remaining pressure.

  11. Remove the egglettes & let sit for a few minutes until you can handle them.

  12. Open the egglettes & run a spoon around the eggs & dump them onto a plate

  13. Serve.

*Times may vary, depending on the ingredients & altitude & pressure cooker being used. You can put them back in for a couple of minutes if not completely done to your liking.

** Obviously you may not want to use them for deviled eggs, unless you don't mind the weird shape. But they are so much easier than peeling, even regularly pressure cooked Hard boiled eggs!
